Ingredients

  • 1 250 ml Cow milk
  • 1 1 Cup Rice
  • 1 1/2 Cup Moong Dal
  • 1 3/4 Cup Jaggery
  • 1 Pinch Pacha Karpooram
  • 1 tbsp Dry Coconut, Kaju & Kismiss
  • 1 Pinch Elachi Powder

Add cow milk, boiled for 10 Mins add 1/2 Cup soaked rice boiled for 5 min low flame then add 1 cup hot water after adding hot water cooked for 5-7 mins 50% rice cooked then add soaked moong dal and hot water after cooked Moong dal, rice add Jaggery after melting the Jaggery add pinch Pacha Karpooram and mix until it turns gold colour, take separate bowl add 2 tbsp Ghee, 1tbsp Dry coconut, 1tbsp Dry Kaju & 1 tbsp Kismisss these mixture add to the rice and mixing it gently.
